Minto Mail groups your accounts into colour-coded workspaces — Studio, Clients, Personal — with one All inboxes view across them. Instead of a plain list, a workspace can open on a Brief: the mails that need you, new senders to accept or block, newsletters bundled out of the way, and everything that can wait.
Everything is stored locally, so the app starts instantly, even offline, and archive, done or snooze happen at once. Search runs across every account with from:, subject: and date filters. Contacts are built from people's signatures, on your Mac. Tokens and keys live in the macOS Keychain, and remote images are proxied so senders can't tell when you open their mail.
AI is optional and uses your own key — reply drafts, predictive text, rewriting, translation and questions about your own mail. Teams share threads end-to-end encrypted.
